Which one of advertising or marketing is a better way to spend money to get the most return on investment?

Question by Bryan: Which one of advertising or marketing is a better way to spend money to get the most return on investment?
I know they are very similar, but I have a limited budget and not sure which path is the best to go down. I would think going fully in one and not splitting between the two would be best.

Ok so you have tried most paid marketing platforms such as ppc marketing adwords, media buying and what not. The affiliate marketer’s tool box for promotions is ever growing resulting in mass confusion. You will find more and more wannabe Gurus advocate the next best thing since sliced bread when it comes to making a quick buck online. If you’ve got more SEO tools than money coming in, it’s time to take a look at your marketing strategies and pay close attention.

Years ago adwords was king with most internet marketers trying to master adwords to make a killing in their niche. Some very smart marketers have made millions using PPC and adwords, Perry Marshall being the classic example.

The problem I see daily is that unless you know what you are doing with paid ppc you will see your campaign budget literally disappear overnight.

There is a science to adwords that not many people can master in a short period of time. Especially newbie’s who are setting up campaigns left right and centre.

With the hefty cost per clicks involved in any adwords campaign you need to be looking at the ROI you are getting for your troubles and money invested. The trouble here is keeping up with Google’s changing algorithms, constantly being slapped and sent to implement black hat underground techniques, which don’t work in the long run.

Yahoo MSN and Bing are following the trend. Although it’s been said that MSN and Yahoo have great conversion rates. There is a better way of getting fast targeted results.

What if you knew of a secret marketing strategy that allowed you to buy traffic at insanely low prices? I’m talking cents here and not $ 10 dollars a click.

The Internet marketing industry is becoming more a more aggressive with thousands of people joining the online community every single day, backed by wannabe gurus who are teaching them that they can make quick money online. Leaving them out in the cold while they rake in 6 figure commission checks in their sleep.

Forget the Buzzword make money fast. The New Buzzword is Mass PPV at wholesale prices.

You can make money fast if you know the secret marketing techniques used by the real Gurus in the know, quite frankly you will not hear about their secret techniques that they use to rake in thousands of dollars a month.

I need a search engine that will return precise answers according to the word typed?

Question by : I need a search engine that will return precise answers according to the word typed?
The problem with Google and Yahoo is they understand too much that some times they suck. i was searchin for a company called AlphaPET and the dumbsite had to keep showin me results with “alphabet”. So does anyone know a search engine that will not complicate my search and return according to the words typed. if i say cowr it should return sites with “cowr” and not tell me that is wrong spelling for crow.

any search engine can do this. There should be an ‘advanced search’ option for you next to the search bar. In there are tools to narrow down the search.

for instance, putting what you’re searching for in quote marks means you want JUST those words. there are aslo commands to exclude other results.

“hobo” would get JUST hobo– you could find the command to exclude … and exclude the word ‘train’ from your hobo search.

link below might help.

Sorry I don’t have concrete figures for you. Often straightforward product sales ads are not profitable at first, with ad campaigns having to be tuned with different ad and landing page tests to be profitable, some never are.
Another consideration besides an immediate payoff for your advertising dollars is the Branding value of getting your name out, some advertising studies suggest it can take up to 7 exposures to a company or product name before it’s trusted enough to buy, particularly if you are using a memorable logo, mascot or catch line, it might penetrate prospects subconscious after some exposures.

There are several internet ad networks that offer geo targeting options, based on the viewer’s IP address, which is not as exact q science as zip codes, but helpful, these include Google Adwords, where you are bidding on keyword phrases people are searching, you ads are are only shown to people with that subject on their mind, selecting buyer keywords rather than curiosity keywords will yield a better return. It’s OK to have articles on the reproduction cycle of the termite on your web site to attract ‘organic’ search traffic, but if you are paying a bucks a click, you want only people with immediate needs.

Facebook also has geo targeting, but it is based on the home town people put in their profiles, since you are interrupting people’s train of though with ads, a less direct soft sell technique can make more sense, Facebook might be a good place to do some branding, using PPC, one paid click per 500 ad impressions is considered a good conversion rate, you can see how the brand exposures add up, their ad statistics actually tell you how many exposures the average user has had, regularly changing the ad image is important to maintain interest. Sending ads to a business Facebook Page should be less costly.

Federal Tax Return of Income Forms?

Question by Tsvetan: Federal Tax Return of Income Forms?
We are Non-US Resident aliens and we are living out of USA. Last year (Jan. 2008) we formed an Limited Liability Company (a Partnership with two

individuals – shareholders) in West Palm Beach, Florida.da. Our Gross Incomes are no more than $ 5000 and we don’t have any employees. We are doing web

design, search engine optimization, graphic design services and etc. The largest percentage of our business activity are web design services. We are NOT

selling our services in USA.

We have to file for (isn’t it):
“U.S. Return of Partnership Income – Form 1065”
“U.S. Return of Partnership Income – Schedule K-1”
and another one “U.S. Return of Partnership Income – Schedule K-1”

May I fill and file those federal tax forms above on my own without any professional help?

How to send IRS those forms above and how to pay my taxes (if I have to pay any taxes)?

What’s the tax rate for non-US citizens who’re owners of US company?

What’s the final date to file my tax report? – My tax year: 01.Jan.2008 – 31.Dec.2008

Should I fill a “Gross receipts or sales” in the Form 1065, because I don’t have any incomes from USA for the tax year?

Should I fill any “Deductions” in the Form 1065 – I have an expenses from USA companies.

What’s the right code for our Principal Business Activity when we’re using “U.S. Return of Partnership Income Form 1065”?
I’m talking about the items below from “Form 1065 – U.S. Return of Partnership Income”:

For Example:
A Principal business activity:
Specialized Design
B Principal product or service:
Web Design
C Business code number:
541400

Instructions: “Once the Principal Business Activity is determined, enter the six-digit code from the list below on page 1, item C. Also enter a brief

description of the business activity in item A and the principal product or service of the business in item B.”

Is it should be a “code – 541519 – Other Computer Related Services” or “code – 541511 – Custom Computer Programming Services”, “code – 541512 – Computer

Systems Design Services”?

What should I pay at all?
*) I’ve already paid my partnership annual report – $ 138.

Thank you in advance!
Stan

Hire someone. And then you can explain to them why you created an LLC when you have no intentions of living or working in the US.

The mere act of creating the LLC makes this income appear to be effectively connected income. The IRS is going to expect you to file a 1040NR with a schedule E. (You get a $ 3500 exemption.)

Ps, the person who collected the money and paid you was supposed to send in 35% to the IRS. Did this happen?
