<description>My 5-year-old is very, very interested in my diet! So I'm trying to be careful what I convey to her... so many mixed messages about body image and eating and fat out there these days.

I'm focusing on the "healthy" part when I talk to her about dieting, because my weight now is not best for my health, especially with a long and extensive history of diabetes in my family.

But yeah, she pretty much watches everything I eat now! She's my little watchdog. The minute I start to put anything in my mouth, she appears asking, "Is that ok to eat on a diet? Is it good for you?"</description>
