Back up to starting weight.

Three reasons

1. Superbowl yesterday (are you sick of me talking about it yet?)

2. Little sleep last night. More on sleep in a later post.

3. I’ve only exercised once since Friday. More on what exercise I prefer in the future.  See you there!

Superbowl Summary

First of all - THE GIANTS WON!

I cannot emphasize enough how happy I am about this. For so many reasons.

1. The Patriots beat my Panthers a few years back.

2. The Red Sox beat the Cleveland Indians during the playoffs (my husband’s side of the family are Cleveland fans).

3. My dad cheered for the Giants. He passed away last year from a brain cancer. So this win is for him!

Anyway, onto the food situation.

I didn’t do so bad. Mostly because I had a wheat bagel for breakfast and never got hungry again the rest of the day. So I think I ended up ok.

I never did exercise today, but now it’s just time to move forward.

I remained steady, which is good. I was thinking I could go either way today (gain or loss), so remaining steady is a good thing.

But today is the Superbowl, so I do expect a gain tomorrow. But I plan on exercising to help offset some of it.

February 2, 2008 - 165.0

Lost 1/2 lb. yesterday.

Went to bed hungry, but when I woke up, I wasn’t starving or anything. So that’s good!

I’m very tempted to count my calories when I read how specific the other Fat Fighters are. But when I lost weight last summer, I didn’t do that. I simply cut back on what I was eating. And when I went back to eating more, I gained more, which is why I find myself in my current predicament of needing to shed the pounds.

So, I’m trying to stick with what works for me.

What Happens When I Get the Exercise Mat Out?
