		<description>I think I will do our sidewalk today while Catie sleeps.  Since I've already done 20min on elliptical, it should be a good day.  I was set to show a healthy (not) gain today at my weigh in, but it was cancelled, so I'm getting motivated to show a loss by next Monday.

My arms are sore from shoveling our driveway, but not crazy sore like I feared.

I gained 5lbs this week from bloating and horrible eating.

I'll quit typing now.</description>
