01/30/08 Lunch - Veggie Lasagna

Great veggie lasagna. Used Zucchini instead of noodles for some layers. Also packed with spinach, onions and mushrooms. The whole piece was only about the size of my fist, so I didn’t feel too guilty eating all of it.
