Hello world!

A little slow to the dance but I’m in and totally up for the challenge. Leave for San Francisco tomorrow but when I get back this weekend will start posting regularly.

Don’t worry - no daily eating rituals or photos of cereal from me, I’ll let Jenn do that. ;) I’m not going to change how and what I eat all that radically since I don’t think I’m a bad eater. My problems (at least the way I see it and as they relate to weight) are more about not getting daily, fat-burning exercise. So I’m going to focus on incorporating a workout routine I can live with and then some.

And now the hard part.

I’m 5′8, and weighing in at 191. Peanut M&M are bad bad bad. Running is good good good.
