Back On The Diet Bandwagon
Ok, so a couple of days ago, I was bad. But I got right back on the diet bandwagon yesterday, and I’m really glad I did. As much as I thought I loved all that fried food the other night, I really really loved my diet food last night.
We had grilled turkey burgers on whole grain kaiser rolls. It was yummy delicious good. And much much better than a ton of fried food.
Dieting doesn’t have to be hard. It just has to come with the right mindset and the realization that you can really L-O-V-E other foods besides the ones you are used to. I’ve already got a whole list going of fantastic meals that I WANT to have for the rest of my life, that weren’t on my pre-diet meal list. For every good one I add, I can subtract a pre-diet “bad for me” meal. Cool. ![]()
