Week 1 Weigh-In
I was a little nervous to get on the scale just now, but was happy with the results. I now weigh 185.2, which is a nice 5 lb. drop from the 190.6 that I started out at. I’d like to think the next few weeks will each see 5 lb. drops, but I doubt that will happen. The first few pounds tend to shed the quickest, and then things stabilize some. Still, it’s encouraging. Down is the right direction. Woot!
Ok, time for another cup of coffee so I can wake up just a little more before tackling work for the day. Later, y’all.

Keep it up, but remember to keep well hydrated. Drink a lot. Water is your friend when it comes to long term weightloss.
