		<description>You are very right, Sorv, that we should continue our "get healthy" program for longer than these two months, but we had to be realistic.  Keeping ourselves, and our readers, involved and engaged for longer than two months wouldn't be easy, and we needed to shoot for a reasonable goal so that we could ensure giving something to charity.

So, while the contest will be over in just 2 months, hopefully, we'll all continue our healthy journeys.  And with any luck, we'll have inspired a few readers to do the same.

		<description>You look perfectly healthy, and you should be be so proud of yourself for kicking the nicotine addiction. It is better with 20 extra kilos than going though 60-100 cancer sticks a day.

If you want to loose weight permanently then you should have a much longer and slower time span than this "competition". It is only possible to loose 500 grams-1kg per week without losing muscle mass, and maintaining and building muscles are a good long term strategy for slimming down.
