I need to know before I buy something. I am an intermediate level developer who has some built sites (macromedia) and some template sites.

SEO software is snake oil for naive site owners and should be avoided by anyone with an IQ over 100 because you can do it yourself far better.

Several tutorials mention Market Samurai which I have played around with, while more of a site finding & niche research aid, their keyword research tool provides some functions beyond google’s keyword tool.

For the copy what already works approach, spyfoo is quite powerful in showing the keywords established sites use. The free mode gives you a good taste of it.

I’m interested in buying a SEO software for my use and I’m quite torn apart between the available options. What I need is a complete solution to handle the following:
- Ranking tracker (including Google national versions) with history
- Keyword suggestions (including Google SKT national versions / Google suggest national versions)
- On page analysis (and compared with competition)

Price is also an important factor and I’m not interested at all in web services
