I’m holding steady, but I thought I was going to have lost more weight. The reason is because I thought I was losing water weight. Yes, I’ve been peeing large quantities.

I remained steady, which is good. I was thinking I could go either way today (gain or loss), so remaining steady is a good thing.

Lost 1/2 lb. yesterday.
Went to bed hungry, but when I woke up, I wasn’t starving or anything. So that’s good!
I’m very tempted to count my calories when I read how specific the other Fat Fighters are. But when I lost weight last summer, I didn’t do that. I simply cut back on what I was eating. And when I went back to eating more, I gained more.
