Down 10lbs Total
Well, I finally got on the scale this morning again and was happy to see that I’m down 10lbs from the initial weigh in. I still haven’t done nearly enough exercise though so I’m fairly confident that I can keep the weight coming off. I’ve found that drinking a lot of water throughout the day has helped keep down my appetite quite a bit. I’ve also been eating Subway more and am really digging the low fat chicken teriyaki with sweet onion sauce (6 grams of fat).
So, all in all I’m pretty happy about the progress so far but need to really get on the ball with an exercise routine if I’m going to win this competition. There are about 5 weeks to go and if I recall correctly, that’s exactly how long it takes to make something a habit. So, if I start a routine now, hopefully by the end of this thing it will be a habit.
