Pants Fitting Looser
Well, the scale said I was down to 233 this morning but even better, almost every pair of jeans I own now require me to wear a belt. So, that takes me to a total loss of 7lbs so far and another 23 or so to go.
One thing that I think is really holding me back is my schedule at work. We’ve been slammed and unfortunately I can’t take much of a lunch break. So, I end up eating fast food even though I know it’s probably the worst thing possible for losing weight (and maybe just health in general). My wife has been great about buying veggies and no fat dressing (used as a dip) for snacks and such, but that just doesn’t cut it for me when it’s meal time. I think I’m going to have to start bringing my lunch with me to work. Any suggestions for quick and easy lunches that will fill me up without also filling out my waist band again?

Lean deli meat such as turkey breast rolled with cheddar cheese. Do like 5-6 slices and you will be satisfied. No bread however! The cheese helps you to fill up. If you do use bread, stick to whole wheat as opposed to whites.

Good work Ben!!!! keep it up. I’d say something dirty….but this is a public blog. Just keep working at it a bit at a time and keep using those good habits like healthier foods and some exercise.
